How do I remove the eSIM from my old device before transferring it?

Important: do not remove your eSIM from your old device before you have requested a SIM SWAP, so that your number remains active on your old device until the SIM SWAP has been carried out. If you do remove it, no problem, but you will be temporarily unreachable until your SIM SWAP has been carried out.

The correct order:

1. Request a SIM SWAP via the UNDO app or My account at https://wsc.undo.be/?lang=en.

2. You’ll receive a new QR code by email.

3. Scan the new QR code on your new device to install your eSIM there.

4. Once your new eSIM is active, the old one is automatically deactivated. You can then safely remove it from the settings of your old device.
