Si le mail n&#8217;arrive pas, ou si tu as besoin d&#8217;une facture plus ancienne : <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; V\u00e9rifie ton dossier spam ou ind\u00e9sirables.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; Si tu ne la trouves pas, tu peux retrouver tes factures r\u00e9centes dans notre app ou Mon compte sur https:\/\/wsc.undo.be\/?lang=fr. Va dans PLUS, puis MES FACTURES ET PAIEMENTS. En bas, tu vois un aper\u00e7u de tes factures disponibles, avec la possibilit\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger chaque fichier PDF. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tu as besoin d&#8217;une facture plus ancienne qui n&#8217;est plus dans l&#8217;app ou Mon compte, contacte-nous. Nous t&#8217;enverrons une copie par e-mail. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tu ne re\u00e7ois syst\u00e9matiquement aucune facture par e-mail, fais-le-nous savoir.
