UNDO se charge ensuite du transfert avec ton ancien op\u00e9rateur. <\/p>\n\n<p>Important \u00e0 savoir avant de commencer :<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; Le transfert lui-m\u00eame prend en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral 1 \u00e0 5 jours ouvrables, selon le temps de r\u00e9action de ton op\u00e9rateur actuel. UNDO n&#8217;a malheureusement aucun contr\u00f4le l\u00e0-dessus. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; Jusqu&#8217;au moment du transfert, ton ancienne carte SIM reste active. Tu re\u00e7ois un SMS d\u00e8s que ton num\u00e9ro est actif sur le r\u00e9seau UNDO. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; Ton ancien op\u00e9rateur arr\u00eate automatiquement ton service d\u00e8s que le transfert est termin\u00e9. Tu ne dois donc pas r\u00e9silier s\u00e9par\u00e9ment ton ancien abonnement chez ton ancien op\u00e9rateur. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tu peux suivre le statut de ton transfert dans notre app ou dans &#8220;Mon compte&#8221; sur https:\/\/wsc.undo.be\/?lang=fr, sous &#8220;VOTRE TARIF&#8221;. Tant que le cadre autour de ton num\u00e9ro est gris, le transfert est encore en cours. D\u00e8s qu&#8217;il devient vert, ton num\u00e9ro est actif chez UNDO.<br\/>Lors de ta commande, remplis tous les champs correctement.
